Downloads
There are no refunds for Downloadable products. ComStar Games does its best to ensure all of our products download properly. However, as we all know, things do go wrong. If for any reason your downloaded game fails, we will replace it with a new download of the same type.
Printed Produts
All printed materials are shipped via USPS. All printed products are shipped in USPS approved media mail envelopes. Any damaged products should be reported to USPS.
